Affordable Care Options
Many individuals opt to pay directly for their care at our office. Over time, they find that our services are both affordable and highly effective, often costing less than traditional treatments like prescription drugs or surgery.
During your second visit, known as your Report of Findings, we’ll walk you through your treatment options and discuss what may be eligible for insurance reimbursement, giving you all the information you need to make the best choice for your health and budget.
Using Insurance
iSpine Health Center operates on a Fee-for-Service model. While we are not in-network with most insurance companies, we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
We accept:
- Auto accident cases
- Personal injury cases
Because insurance coverage varies widely, we encourage you to call your provider in advance. Our staff is always happy to help guide you through this process.
Patients with PPO plans are welcome and may receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Patients with HMO plans may require a referral from their primary care physician, depending on their individual plan.
When Insurance Isn’t Available
For patients without insurance coverage or those seeking additional flexibility, we offer financing options to help make care more accessible. We partner with financing providers such as CareCredit, allowing qualified patients to spread payments over manageable monthly installments. Our goal is to help patients prioritize their health and recovery without unnecessary financial stress.
How Our Fees Are Determined
Our fees reflect the time, clinical expertise, and individualized attention dedicated to each patient’s care experience. Treatment costs may vary based on:
- The length and complexity of your appointment
- The nature of your condition and treatment plan
- The therapies and services performed during your visit
In addition to your in-office treatment time, comprehensive patient care may also include:
- Maintaining and updating medical records
- Reviewing imaging and radiology reports
- Coordinating care with outside healthcare providers when appropriate
- Preparing referrals to specialists
- Reviewing prior medical records and clinical history
- Completing treatment-related documentation and care coordination
